About the Owner
Michelle Taormina is the President and Founder of LionHeart Bookkeeping LLC, established in 2012. With a degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University, Michelle brings a strong analytical foundation to the financial management needs of small to mid-sized businesses.
Over the past decade, Michelle has built a reputation for providing reliable, personalized, and efficient bookkeeping and business support services. She currently works with over 25 businesses across a wide range of industries—including plumbing, electrical, subcontracting, salons, marketing, real estate, law, healthcare, and entrepreneurial startups—both locally and internationally.
A true problem-solver at heart, Michelle combines technical precision with real-world business insight to help clients better understand their numbers, streamline operations, and achieve growth.
Outside of work, Michelle is an avid traveler and adventurer. Whether she’s hiking in Sicily, climbing via ferrata routes in West Virginia, or enjoying a game of pickleball in Miami, she brings the same passion and energy to life as she does to her business. She’s happy to meet in person with clients based in Long Island, NYC, or Miami.
